The Belief

The “small groups” concept is an essential approach to ministry at River Park Church. In fact, we think small groups are the basic building block of our overall church life. Small groups help us connect with people in accountable, nurturing relationships. Through these relationships we care for the needs of others, grow in faith, and reach out into our community.

The Practical Details

Small groups are inviting and intimate groups (ranging from 6-12 people) that are intended to be a microcosm (world in miniature) of the larger local church. They are a place where people find the fellowship and community that everyone needs, as well as a place where people are encouraged to use their God-given gifts and develop their God-given passions and interests. This means that our approach to small groups is very flexible, and can include groups that range in purpose from mountain biking to intensive study of the Bible. Small group locations and meeting times vary, so contact us to find out more.
